Patient Coordinator
Becky deals with all IVF service queries before, during and after your treatment at the Czech clinic. She schedules bookings, relays medical information to and from the clinic and gives general advice and emotional support at every stage of your journey. She’s on hand at all times to help with any treatment-related matter. As well as managing patient schedules, Becky also provides details on discounted IVF drugs, hotels, currency exchange savings and pre-treatment scans and tests. A trained teacher for twenty years, and with three years’ experience working for a busy London actors’ agency, Becky is a ‘people person’ and an excellent communicator. Conscientious, organised and empathetic, Becky is here to help you from your initial enquiry right up to your pregnancy test.
Business Manager
Ben manages the marketing and legal sides of our IVF service. He organises our Prescription Price Promise scheme (low-cost IVF drugs in the UK and Czech Republic) and arranges patient discounts on hotels, flights and medical tests. He edits the content for our website, regularly updating our blog and social-media feeds with news and fertility stories from around the world. A lawyer by training and with a background in health and wellbeing journalism, Ben always has his thinking cap on and enjoys coming up with new ideas to improve our IVF service. Along with Becky, he also has direct personal experience of the rollercoaster ride of IVF. Diplomatic and helpful, Ben ensures everything runs smoothly, however busy the treatment diary.
